Team administrator required for busy financial service organisation on an initial 6 month temporary contract .
Role:
- Contribute to the co-ordination of divisional work on behalf of the Management Team and provide administrative support to them as required to ensure that they receive the necessary support to allow them to fulfil their mandate.
- Act as a divisional point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate, so that communications are timely, queries are handled suitably and expectations of all stakeholders are managed. Organise internal/external meetings and divisional events so that these take place in appropriate fora and all attendees/ participants are notified in a timely manner.
- Contribute to supporting budget planning, monitoring and outturn reporting, raising purchase orders and coordinating invoice payments via the SAP system, so that all payments are processed in a timely manner and the division are fully informed in this area.
- Assist in the coordination of operational risk and business continuity responsibilities for the Division to support the Division to identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure the business continuity plan for the division is robust.
- Assist the division/directorate in fulfilling its cross-organisational obligations, e.g. monitor divisional health and safety obligations, coordinating relevant training, so that the well-being of those in the division is safeguarded and the organisation is supported in fulfilling its duties.
Technical skills -
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
- SAP experience would be an advantage.
