Aftercare and Servicing Coordinator

Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for an Aftercare and Servicing Coordinator on a permanent fulltime basis, within the Newry area.

Responsibilities:

With a full JD available on request, you will:

·        Be the primary contact for clients requiring information around aftercare and servicing after installation

·        Offer ongoing support to clients throughout the aftercare period

·        Schedule and coordinate aftercare and servicing appointments with clients and engineers

·        Ensure notifications of defects are addressed within agreed timescales and coordinate defect resolution activities

·        Maintain positive relationships with clients, service providers and internal teams to support aftercare operations

Requirements:

·        Previous experience in client aftercare and service coordination within a construction environment

·        Strong communication skills

·        Comfortable working with staff from multiple trade disciplines
