Overview
Our client seeks an experienced AI Engineering Lead to architect, build, and deliver advanced AI and agentic solutions. You will lead engineering teams, drive innovation, and collaborate with clients to deliver AI platforms that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale AI engineering teams.
- Design and govern AI/agentic architectures using AWS and modern AI frameworks (e.g., NVIDIA Nemo, LangGraph).
- Ensure engineering best practices and high-quality standards.
- Contribute to AI strategy across industry segments.
- Support pre-sales, delivery, and security initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders and demonstrate AI thought leadership.
- Drive continuous innovation in AI engineering.
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years leading AI engineering teams; 6+ years hands-on programming (Python, Java, React, etc.).
- Proven experience in AI/ML solution architecture and deployment.
- Expertise in agentic AI systems, APIs, SDKs, LLMs, and foundation models.
- Strong cloud engineering skills (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP relevant), including security, networking, virtualization, containers, orchestration, and DevOps.
- Experience with NVIDIA Nemo or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work consultatively with clients and collaborate with product teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with large-scale AI products (NLP, speech, vision, recommendation systems).
