Our client is a 4-star boutique Changed to Hotel not Boutique
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead F&B operations and drive revenue in their primary profit driver
• Build and develop teams across F&B, reception, and kitchen—talent development is core to this job
• Be hands-on and visible during service; lead by doing
• Manage budgets, stock, and costs with a sharp eye
• Understand hotel operations, revenue management, and guest feedback
• Maintain food safety, health & safety, and Irish employment law compliance
Requirements:
• Min 3+ years in a Bar Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or Assistant Manager role
• Track record of building strong teams
• Solid grasp of food safety, H&S, and employment law
• Ambitious, energetic, and driven
• Genuine interest in developing others and continuous learning
• Comfortable with accountability and taking ownership
• Knowledge of hotel ops and revenue management is a plus
Salary: Negotiable

Hours: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
