About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Associate Product Architect to join a a global financial tech company. This role is key to defining product requirements that address market opportunities and align with the strategic vision of the business.
As an Associate Product Architect, you will work closely with Product Owners, Product Architects, Software Architects, and Engineering Teams to ensure that product development initiatives are delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Gather, document, and communicate clear product requirements to Engineering teams
· Prioritise and package requirements into actionable projects based on product value, time to market, technical dependencies, and compliance needs
· Support Engineering in delivering high-quality product releases at pace
· Ensure all delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, and business goals
· Engage with stakeholders during launch planning and execution phases
· Collaborate with Engineering teams and Architects to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions
· Maintain up-to-date product documentation, including requirements, features, and roadmaps
Essential Requirements
· Experience in software development
· Degree (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science or a related discipline
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset
· Proven ability to translate complex project requirements into technical solutions
· Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience managing complex projects or product roadmaps
· Strong decision-making skills at both strategic and tactical levels
· Ability to thrive in environments with high levels of ambiguity and change
· Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
