Job requirements are as follows:
- Strong communication skills

- All shift patterns available to suit
The successful candidate must have the following criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months’ UK experience within an NHS Trust or Care Home
- Be up to date with PMVA/Breakaway/MAPA training
ROLE: Band 6 CPN or Social Worker
TEAM: WF Mental Health and Wellness Team South (WFNL)
ADDRESS: Walthamstow, London
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00hrs
DURATION: ASAP - 12/07/2022
RESPONSIBILITIES: They will provide a range of intervention and assessment of patients, including those with multiple pathologies and complex mental health needs, taking into consideration the patient’s physical/cognitive/perceptual skills to identify the patient’s abilities and areas of difficulty. To be responsible for organising and prioritising own caseload in the day to day allocation of work, whilst being able to work flexibly to meet the needs of their patients, their relatives and carers and the service.
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: To act as an autonomous, registered practitioner who is legally and professionally accountable for own unsupervised actions guided by the professional code of conduct and Trust guidelines and protocols. The post holder will have Current Effective Status on the professional register.
-Be able to provide UK references, Immunisations report and must have a valid NMC pin.
