As an Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.

- Business consultants support the customers in identifying and Implementation of future-oriented solutions. Become part of their highly qualified team made up of consultants who create tomorrow's solutions in a dynamic environment shaping the insurance industry.
- You support their customers from strategic considerations to successful ones Implementation. The basis for this is your specialist knowledge, your industry knowledge and your Strong soft skills and a strong focus on business development and Transformation projects in the field of digitization.

- University degree preferably in business administration, Business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics or comparable courses
- Expertise in insurance processes and insurance software products
- Proven project experience for the introduction of standard software and Transformation of business processes in the insurance industry
- Many years of sustained experience in the insurance environment
- Team and/or project management experience
- Knowledge of IT trends and their impact on business success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel in a dynamic project environment
Requirements
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Project related practical experience in conducting Business Analysis in Core Insurance property & causality processes.
• Detailed Know-how of the value chain of an insurance company forretail insurance.
• Know-how of the value chain of an insurance company for retail insurance and the related business interfaces between insurance processes.
• Proven project record in designing the core processes of the End-to-End process value chain of a German P&C insurance company.
• Deep understanding in applying agile analysis and IBM Garage to design to-be core insurance processes of P&C.
• Languages required: German, English
