Our clients are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand their clientele in the Food, Brewing, Dairy processing, Pharma, RTEs, Engineering and hygiene wholesalers
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
Role:
- Growth of sales - the main goal is new business
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new customers and identify their pains
- Present to customers and send quotes to a high standard
- Introduction of new products into new and existing Accounts.
- Development of new business across all Sectors
- Delivery of Technical service on Product Application
- Build long-term relationships with new customers
- Provide feedback to the team and manager
Requirements and skills
- Experience as a BDM or sales executive within Chemicals or Food Science sector
- Proven record in target achievement
- Knowledge of the food / chemical industry is desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills essential
- Ability to work under tight time constraints
- Full driving licence - Irish*** Will cover territory from Dublin to Galway and up north across Ireland and NI, hence you must be open to travel
