Cpl recruitment have partnered with an international business organisation in looking for Businesses Operations Specialist to join there team for a 8-9 month fixed term contract.
In this role you are responsible for supporting the Head of Operations with the coordination and implementation of a wide range of projects under the HR, I.T, and facilities management remit.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work with the Head of Operations to ensure that business management processes are executed in accordance with best practice
• Key responsibility for the management and co-ordination of I.T. support; key contact for the digital agency and I.T. support company. Responsible for ordering equipment, logging IT support issues, overview of licences, managing all I.T. related costs.
• Key responsibility for the management and maintenance of the CRM; identify key CRM functionality and reports and demonstrate to the Team.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamic 365 or another CRM system is an advantage.
• Managing and updating policies and procedures.
• Work with the Member Engagement Team to champion the Members Portal. Developing solid knowledge around portal functionality, ensuring employees and members are trained where necessary to use the portal.
• Oversee the Training programme. Assist in the onboarding of all new team members. Train Team on key functionality in relation to the CRM and Portal and undertake projects as they arise in support of the business & other team members.
• Attend and support functions, some of which take place outside of normal working hours.
