Our client, a Family Support Agency in Cork has an immediate opening for a Clerical Officer Grade III to join their team on a 2 month temporary contract.
What you will be doing:
- Reviewing files
- Dictaphone typing
- Inputting information to the database
- Reviewing files and updating the database accordingly
- Managing reception and phone lines
- Meet and greet
Experience:
- At least 1 year of professional administrative experience
- Dictaphone typing experience a big plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- High attention to detail
