In partnership with our Public Sector Body client, we are recruiting for Clerical Officers for an immediate start
Due to the nature of the role, all candidates applying must have current CTC clearance or above.
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: £16.15ph (£31,500 per year)
Contract: Temporary (6 months minimum with possibility of further extension)
Duties:
- Maintain secure and confidential records of service users' information, ensuring data protection compliance.
- Offer administrative support to senior management when necessary.
- Carry out general clerical duties, such as typing, filing, and managing documents efficiently.
- Ensure service user data confidentiality and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth organisational operations.
- Verifying and cross-checking documents.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have proven in date CTC Clearance (or above).
- Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and proactively to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace against multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High proficiency with IT systems and applications such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online file sharing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive data and queries, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of working within a complex Public Sector organisation.
