**Role Overview:**
We need a qualified nurse manager to lead our care teams, ensuring top-notch clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Your role involves overseeing resident-centered care, upholding compliance with HIQA regulations, and maintaining the highest health and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and drive day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.
- Ensure exceptional care quality and resident safety.
- Maintain full compliance with HIQA standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Support, mentor, and develop nursing and support staff.
- Implement effective policies to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
**Candidate Requirements:**
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Minimum 3 years’ nursing management experience, particularly in elder care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in residential care.
