Well-known Paediatric Community Organization is looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) – Paediatric Complex Care (Homecare)
Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday

Join our dynamic CNM team as a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) as we expand our service and make a lasting impact by supporting children with complex needs to live safely at home, surrounded by their loved ones.
Responsibilities
As CNM1, you will:
- Collaborate with existing members of our Paediatric Complex team CNM2, Clinical Nurse Facilitator (CNF), and CNM1 to lead and support a team of community nurses
- Provide hands-on clinical leadership and mentorship
- Oversee nurse scheduling and staffing coordination
- Ensure safe, high-quality care and excellent family support
- Contribute to clinical and strategic planning to improve outcomes
- Liaising closely with families, MDT and nursing team in the home, with support from CNM2 and CNF
Requirements
- Dynamic Registered Nurse with Paediatric Qualification (essential) or dual qualification RGN SCN
- Previous leadership or team management experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A passion for working with children and supporting families delivering care in children’s homes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, community-based care environment
