CPL uk are looking for an experienced Band 2 Community Rehabilitation Assistant to work in the in the Essex, Rayleigh. You will be expected to work adhoc shifts.
You will be responsible for:
- Undertake through individual care plans, personal, practical and rehabilitative duties as set by staff including nurses, therapists and associate practitioners.
- Be familiar with the steps necessary in an emergency and be able to act accordingly.
- Ensure the needs of carers and relatives are listened too and incorporated into service needs by reporting these back to shift leaders.
- Ensuring the values outlined in the NHS constitution are adhered to daily.
- be an active member of this domiciliary rehabilitation team, providing short term, high quality rehabilitation in a community environment.
PAY RATES: £11-£21 p/h (rates can be escalated for the right candidate).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience within a community in the same role or similar.
