Role: Compliance Officer
Location: Dublin
Opportunity: An excellent opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join an innovative and dynamic financial services company specialising in financing and asset management solutions for small and medium sized businesses, with a strong presence in the European market.
This is a 6 month FTC role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct AML/KYC procedures and ensure compliance with regulations. Execute AML tasks, including PEP checks.
- Manage conflicts of interest by checking and approving requests from the company.
- Oversee the local whistleblowing system.
- Respond to quarterly inquiries from headquarters.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and headquarters regarding all compliance-related questions.
- Carry out control actions and perform sample checks.
- Prepare the compliance risk analysis and annual report.
