Main Responsibilities:
- Investigating and resolving reported user issues via a ticketing system, including account support requests and potentially abusive content
- Enforcing the client’s Terms of Use by carefully reviewing and monitoring reports of abuse on the platform
- Becoming and remaining knowledgeable about the client’s products and community standards
- Using French African market–specific knowledge, cultural awareness, and social trends to develop scalable solutions that better support the user community
- Gathering, analysing, and using relevant data to enhance the overall user experience
- Recognising trends and patterns and escalating issues outside company policy to the global team
- Identifying workflow inefficiencies and proposing process improvements

Language Skills:*
- Fluent French (C1–C2) in both written and spoken communication, with a deep understanding of French-speaking African cultures and social trends
- Advanced English (C1)

Contract:
- Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen
Compensation & Benefits:
- €31,000 annual base salary
- Performance bonus of up to 10% of annual salary
- Evening shift premium: 25% salary uplift for late hours (10pm–2am)
- Evening shift allowance: €12 per day (before tax) for travel

Working Hours:
Candidates can choose between:
- Day shift: 9am – 5:30pm
- Evening shift: 6pm – 2am
No shift rotation. Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and bank holidays.
