Overview
The Corporate Finance Manager will deliver high-quality advisory services across M&A, valuations, fundraising, and strategic projects. The role sits within a Big 4–style environment and involves managing engagements, leading teams, and advising Irish and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end M&A, valuation, due diligence, and capital raising engagements.
- Act as primary day-to-day client contact.
- Review financial models, valuations, and transaction materials.
- Deliver clear, commercially focused advice.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and billings.
- Ensure compliance with quality, risk, and regulatory standards.
- Support Partners/Directors with pitches and business development.
People Leadership
- Manage and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance input.
Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years’ Corporate Finance / M&A experience, ideally Big 4 or similar.
- ACA / ACCA / CFA (or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of the Irish market.
