Corporate Finance – Part Qualified
Location: Cork
My client, a very well-respected accountancy firm in Cork, is seeking a part-qualified finance professional to join their newly emerging Corporate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing division and gain exposure to a wide range of transactions including valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, and M&A projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support M&A and advisory projects from research through to completion.
- Assist with valuations, financial models, and transaction analysis.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Contribute to due diligence and financial reviews.
Requirements:
- Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CFA (or equivalent).
- 1–3 years’ experience in corporate finance, audit, or transaction services.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
