CRM & Email Marketing Specialist -GERMAN SPEAKER
Cpl Marketing are recruiting for an experienced CRM & Email Marketing Specialist for an International sports league client on a permanent contract on a remote model based in Ireland. This role will contribute across the full CRM marketing lifecycle - from marketing strategy and campaign planning through journey and campaign execution, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization. The CRM Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively across Marketing and with key partners including Data & Analytics, MarTech, Product Marketing, Digital Media, and external agencies and vendors.
Responsibilities:
· Drive product, contact, and creative strategy to plan and deliver large-scale CRM campaigns, leveraging machine learning, predictive modeling, and personalized content.
· Own end-to-end execution of outbound CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push), from intake through deployment.

-QA of personalization, dynamic content, and touchpoints
-Campaign build, testing, and launch
· Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to continuously optimize fan engagement and conversion rates.
· Optimize lifecycle CRM programs (e.g., onboarding, reactivation) using data, insights, and automation to increase fan LTV.
· Analyse performance and extract actionable insights to inform future optimization and improve template efficiency.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver high-performing campaigns against key KPIs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant marketing or CRM experience
· Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Adobe stack preferred; SFMC considered)
· Strong HTML editing skills plus proficiency in Photoshop
· Deep expertise in channel KPIs, A/B testing, analytics, and performance reporting
· Fluent in English and German with strong communication and collaboration skills
· Highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves solving complex challenges (sports passion a plus)
