My client are seeking an immediately available customer service agent to join their team on a temporary contract basis until March with possibility of extension.
Candidates should be available to start from 13th December.
Candidates should be flexible to work various shifts from Monday - Sunday 8am- 8pm (40 hours per week)
Customer Service:
- Answer queries and provide a telephone service
- Manage data - including: maintaining, correcting, collating, interrogating, validating and processing data
- Maintain accurate up to date records, both computerised and paper copy filing systems and records
- Assist in and / or prepare reports as necessary
- Action all communications in a timely manner
- Identify potential problems / inconsistencies in a timely manner and consult withline manager as appropriate
- Represent the service in a positive manner
- Undertake other assignments as directed
- Any other administrative support as requested
