Flexsource NI is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Assistant on a temporary full-time basis, covering the Belfast area, with a starting salary of £13.91 per hour
Responsibilities:
With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:
· Act as the first point of contact for inbound telephone calls, answering any queries as required
· Perform data entry activities into financial systems
· Monitor and maintain databases within the customer services team
· Perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to; letter and report writing, filing of documents
· Liaise with external agencies
· Provide reception cover as necessary
· Replenish stock within the stationary store
Requirements:
- 4 GCSE Grade A-C to include English and Maths
- At least 1 year relevant experience in a customer facing role working with the public
- At least 1 year experience of cash handling and keeping associated records
- At least 1 year experience in an office environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
