CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE
My client, a leading B2B Contract Technical Sales, Business Development and Strategic Market Development company in the Medical Technology Sector is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support business development through communications, CRM management, report and collaborate with cross functional teams, provide account management, address client issues and analyse data to enhance customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the internal point of contact for assigned clients, supporting customer success and satisfaction
- Support business development activities through customer communications, inbound lead handling, CRM management, and report writing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide account management support to clients and their end customers to maximise long-term success
- Advocate for clients by addressing issues and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations and their customer base
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently
- Gather and analyse data including market research, KPIs, forecasts, and order information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems and reporting tools
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Attend meetings, customer visits, and industry tradeshows as required
- Support additional tasks and duties aligned with the role as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification in Business, Customer Service, Account Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical ability with experience translating data into actionable insights
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Experience in customer success software and CRM tools (e.g Hubspot, Gainsight).
