Customer Service Representative – Internal Sales
📍 Cork | 🕔 Full-Time, Office-Based (Monday–Friday)
Our client, one of Ireland’s leading providers of business print and design solutions, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Internal Sales to join their team in Cork.
In this office-based role, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to support client relationships, manage incoming enquiries, and contribute to ongoing sales activity. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, confident on the phone, and comfortable working in a technical or solutions-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored, solution-driven responses.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to support retention and growth.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Support marketing, promotional, and customer engagement initiatives.
