Your Key Responsibilities
You will play a key part in the processing and servicing of New Business applications and the ongoing administration of in‑force policies. This position requires someone who can manage their own workflow, maintain exceptional accuracy, and provide responsive, high‑quality support to customers and brokers.
- Ensuring customer needs are prioritised at all times
- Inputting and issuing Risk policies
- Completing post‑issue processing for insurance applications
- Handling broker and customer queries via phone, email, and mail
- Preparing and issuing letters, documents, and communications to brokers
Your Skillset and Experience
- Fluency in written and spoken German
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation, accuracy, and time‑management
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- Ideally, but not essential: you have a relevant third‑level qualification
- Ideally, but not essential: Progress toward a qualification meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements
