German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
We’re partnering with a high-growth international SaaS company that is launching a brand-new Customer Support team in Dublin. They’re looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support EMEA customers and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role
- Become a product expert on a leading SaaS platform
- Support German-speaking customers via email and live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve product, account, and workflow issues
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with both technical and non-technical users
- Support customers with broader questions related to marketing, sales, and e-commerce setups
- Document issues and solutions to contribute to shared knowledge bases
- Work in an AI-enabled environment, helping build smarter and more efficient support workflows
What we’re looking for
Must-have
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in tech or SaaS
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving
- Flexible to work occasional shifts (8am–4pm or 10am–6pm)
- Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
- Full right to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship)
Nice-to-have
- Technical exposure (APIs, integrations, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or networking basics)
- Experience in MarTech, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with ticketing or support tools (e.g. Zendesk or similar)
- What’s on offer
- €40,000 – €60,000 base salary, depending on experience
- 5% annual bonus + equity
