Main Responsibilities:

Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client’s Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our client’s products and community standards.
Market Insights: Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
Data Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
Trendspotting: Recognise trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Resilience: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.
Adaptability: Positively approach challenges with flexibility.

Language Skills:

Fluency in Danish with an understanding of regional culture and trends.
Proficiency in English (B2-C2).

Contract:

Full-time, permanent.

Compensation & Benefits:

Working Hours: Day shift (9-5)
Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.

IMPORTANT:
