Data Analyst - CRM
**6 Months Fixed Term Contract**
Job Overview
We require a skilled and experienced data analyst to join our team. The data analyst will be responsible for managing our CRM system and ensuring data integrity. Additionally this role will be responsible for generating business intelligence and data analytics reporting across a range of systems to support our company's measurement and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
· Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform and deliver complex analysis to supply data-driven insights towards strategic business decision-making
· Assist and train key users with the creation and execution of reports.
· Working with system suppliers to identify how the systems can support the business
· Identifying CRM training requirements for the various stakeholders
· Develop and implement data quality and data governance procedures to maintain the integrity of our data
· Generate regular reports on CRM data to provide insights into customer behaviour and trends
· Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decision-making, such as pricing strategies and customer segmentation
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and optimizations
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics
· Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Desirable Qualifications
· Degree in a related field such as data science, statistics, or business analytics
· 3+ years of experience in data analysis, CRM management, or related field
· Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools preferably Power Bi
· Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages
· Experience with data management and governance practices
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
EU Citizen / Stamp 4 or 1g minimum required
