We're partnering with a global leader in financial services to source a Director of Architecture overseeing the enterprise contact centre.
This is a critical and strategic role where the successful candidate will design, build and implement solutions relating to the contact centre and its operations.
You will work closely with Product and Technology leads, key business stakeholders, and other architects leading related capabilities.
Your Skills
10+ years of proven experience within architecture or engineering, 5 of these must have been as a solution architect.
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Infrastructure, IVR, AI Self Service, CCaaS Implementations, Agent Desktop, Workforce Mgmt and Data Analytics.
Experienced Solution Architect that has deployed successful large scale projects utilising public cloud technologies.
Value
Oversee all Contact Centre capabilities, operational excellence, solution architectures, guidelines and specs.
Support and enablement of Product Leaders and Division Leaders to deliver increased value to customers and operational staff.
Track and compile performance metrics in line with business, technology and people results.
