Enterprise Sales Manager (French) – Payments | Belgium Market | €96K–€105K Base + Bonus

We are partnering with a leading global payments provider to hire an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth across the Belgian market.

This is a high-impact, hunter role, focused on acquiring and expanding large enterprise merchant clients in a fast-growing and competitive payments environment.

The Role

You will take full ownership of the Belgian market, driving new business while expanding existing enterprise relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Winning and developing enterprise merchant clients across Belgium
Managing the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing → expansion)
Building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders (Finance, IT, Marketing)
Developing and executing go-to-market strategies
Leveraging partner channels and referral networks
Owning and managing a high-value sales pipeline

What We’re Looking For

Proven enterprise sales experience within payments / fintech
Background in one or more:
- Acquiring
- Payment gateways
- Card payments
- Merchant services / PSP
Strong new business (hunter) mindset
Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise merchants
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate long sales cycles
Consistent track record of hitting/exceeding targets

Languages

French – mandatory (must be fluent)
English – mandatory
German is a plus

Location

Based in Germany or Luxembourg (with access to Belgium)
Hybrid working model

Package

Base salary: €96K – €105K | Bonus: up to €40K
