My client, a well known Irish business, is seeking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity whereby the successful candidate will be a part of a multinational business
This is a 9 month contract that may extend.
Responsibilities
- Providing executive support.
- Diary management.
- Travel management including flights, accommodation, car hire, visa applications, and so on.
- Managing the entire set-up and smooth running of meetings on-site and off-site.
- Support the timely production and distribution of all reports.
- Liaising with relevant external advisors and service providers.
- Support the organisation in their ongoing recruitment processes.
- Managing invoice processing and expenses from an administrative perspective.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience with global travel arrangement essential
- High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, ideally with an ECDL or similar qualification
- A confident individual who has a strong ability to build relationships with senior management and others
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to hit the ground running
- Ambitious individual with a strong level of initiative and enthusiasm
