Family Law Solicitor/Lawyer, Dublin, Perm, 4/5 years PQE

Are you a Family Law Solicitor who genuinely thrives in this area of practice, someone who sees the human side of every case, and who wants to build something meaningful within a supportive, ambitious firm? I'm working with a Dublin-based practice that is looking to grow its family law department, and they’re seeking a solicitor with around 4–5 years’ post-qualification experience to take a leading role in that growth.

You’ll be given the space and backing to truly shape the practice, handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious work. The role offers a clear, realistic path to partnership in the years ahead.

This role would suit someone who lives and breathes family law. It’s a vocational area of practice, and the firm is looking for a solicitor who brings both technical skill and genuine empathy to their work — someone who can support clients through often deeply personal challenges while also thinking commercially and strategically.
