Finance Administrator (Contract)
Location: Onsite – Bluebell, Dublin
Contract Duration: 6–10 weeks
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join Johnston Shopfitters on a short-term contract. The successful candidate will support the finance team during a system migration from Sage 50 to Sage 200, ensuring accurate data input and ledger management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform finance administration tasks, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Assist with migration from Sage 50 to Sage 200, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage open ledgers and maintain financial records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth transition and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Sage 200 (knowledge of Sage 50 is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
