Finance Manager

Our client a leader in the Tech Sector has an urgent requirement for a Finance Manager to join their growing team. 

Job role:

1.      Monthly management accounts / board report preparation

2.      Implementation of control environment

3.      Cashflow modelling / treasury management

4.      Oversight of AP / AR

5.      Transaction management – fundraisings, M&A

6.      Management of external audit process

7.      Financial analysis & budgeting

Requirements:

1.      Strong academics

2.      Big 4 ACA qualified, good accounting knowledge

3.      2-5 years PQE

4.      Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint

5.      Good communication skills

6.      Tech / Software sector experience (not essential)
