Finance Tender Lead - Onsite - Tuam
Our client are seeking a motivated and ambitious Bid and Tender Lead to join our high-performing team in Galway. Ideally you will have experience working on bids/tenders whilst also having a finance background.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for preparing, coordinating, and submitting tender applications on behalf of the organisation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, verify, and organise all information required for high-quality tender submissions.
- Research, identify, and assess upcoming tender opportunities to ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals and service capabilities.
- Oversee the entire tender lifecycle within my client —from initial receipt and review, through coordination and preparation, to final submission.
- Analyse tender documents to understand all requirements, ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant submissions.
- Ensure all tender responses are finalised, approved, and submitted on time and in line with relevant compliance standards.
- Produce and deliver monthly reports detailing tender activity, outcomes, and key performance indicators.
Skills and Experience to Succeed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid finance or accounting background; ideally fully qualified, QBE, or part-qualified seeking industry experience.
- Excellent IT proficiency and confidence working with digital tools and reporting systems.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
