Financial Controller- Part-Time Opportunity Killarney
The Financial Controller will oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality sector and a strong background in hotel financial management, financial analysis, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, cost control, internal controls, financial reporting and team management. This role is essential for driving the financial health and success of the hotel, supporting senior management in strategic decision-making, and maintaining financial transparency.
Requirements:
· Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA).
· 5 years plus in a financial management role, with experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
· Strong knowledge of Irish accounting standards and hospitality industry financial practices.
· Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
· Strong leadership and organisational skills.
· Knowledge of Irish tax and financial regulations.
· Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
