Financial Planning Associate
My client based in the city centre, is now recruiting for a Financial Planning Associate to their team. You will be involved in delivering a best-in-class service to their clients and be a problem solver with a “can do” attitude , keen to deliver and not afraid to think outside the box. Your Background & Skills:
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in the Life and Pensions industry within a brokerage
- QFA qualification or working towards same
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience of Voyant financial planning software is an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing sales support to our team of Advisors and assisting them with gathering client data and information
- Meeting with clients (virtually, over the phone, possibly in person) to go through our on-boarding process and factfind
- Prepare valuation reports, documents etc. (in advance of Advisor Client Meetings).
- Prepare reports for our client database
- Managing relationships with 3rd parties on behalf of our clients i.e.: Life Companies / providers
- Processing documentation for New Business, Servicing and Claims requests
