Job Title: Front of House and Facilities Coordinator

1. Role Purpose
The Front of House and Facilities Coordinator plays a key role in supporting individuals and families residing in our accommodation. The role ensures that residents’ welfare, safety, dignity, and integration needs are met. This includes providing day‑to‑day support, responding to wellbeing concerns, facilitating access to services, and contributing to a positive, respectful, and inclusive living environment.
2. Key Responsibilities
Resident Support & Wellbeing
· Provide on-site support to residents, acting as a first point of contact for welfare, wellbeing, and daily living issues.
· Conduct regular welfare checks and identify any emerging support needs.
· Support for residents in accessing healthcare, education, social protection, and community services.
· Promote resident engagement in activities that encourage integration, community participation, and wellbeing.
· Case Management & Administration
· Maintain accurate records of interactions, welfare concerns, and follow-up actions.
· Centre Operations
· Support the smooth running of the centre, contributing to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
· Assist with resident inductions, orientation, and communication of house rules and procedures.
· Help manage resident feedback, complaints, and queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
· Safeguarding & Child Protection
· Adhere to all safeguarding and child-protection policies.
· Act promptly to report any safety, welfare, or protection concerns.
· Promote a culture of safety, respect, and dignity across the centre.
· Retail Operations
· Ancillary retail unit adjacent facilities works
