Flexsource is seeking an experienced General Operative to join our client’s warehouse team in Arklow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders as part of daily freight and logistics operations.
- Handling goods carefully and accurately according to company procedures.
- Checking, scanning, and completing all related warehouse paperwork.
- Loading and unloading freight as required.
- Preparing materials and equipment for production tasks.
- Operating machinery in line with production targets.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures and company regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy warehouse or similar fast-paced environment.
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work efficiently.
- Attention to detail and good numerical skills.
- Forklift licence may be beneficial, depending on the specific role.
