💭 Originally from Germany, studied in the Netherlands, now myself living in Ireland, I am recruiting for a German Logistic Manager (Customs Clearance & Last Mile) in Frankfurt.
Your new challenge
- Be responsible for Germany's logistics operation improvement of timeliness and cost-efficient.
- Be responsible for selecting, developing, and implementing efficient, reliable, and timely customs clearance and last-mile solutions, including supplier development and supplier relationship maintenance.
- Cooperation with the international logistics operation team, responsible for Germany's last-mile exception resolution and clear-up.
- Seeking, planning, and executing all fulfilment & logistics operations, including preparing for peak.
- Developing, communicating SOPs, and managing against internal and external KPIs.
- Developing the local logistics team and providing daily coaching and guidance to the team.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor degree in Logistics or Business Management
- Germany customs expert: experience & familiarity with Germany's customs clearance and last mile operations
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel for work when required
- Ability to work in a high-performance environment
- Fluent German and English
