I’m currently recruiting a French or German-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) for a fast-paced, international digital advertising team based in Dublin (hybrid). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, hunting new business, and driving strategic growth!

You'll be working for a leading global digital platform that helps businesses grow through innovative, data-driven advertising solutions. The company partners with agencies across Europe to deliver tailored strategies that drive real client success.
Your day to day:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with independent agencies
- Conduct market research and strategic outreach to drive acquisition efforts
- Understand each agency's unique challenges and create tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Develop and present compelling proposals using performance insights, trends, and platform tools
- Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and document progress using CRM tools
- Travel (domestically or internationally) as needed to support partnerships and events
Compensation Package
You’ll earn a €40,000-47,000 base salary, plus a €2,000–€3,000 sign-on bonus and up to €15,000 in commission, depending on performance. You'll also enjoy a hybrid work model, combining flexibility with collaboration in Dublin office.
Your requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or agency partnerships
- Proven ability to exceed revenue and acquisition goals
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Fluent in French or German and English (written and verbal)
- Skilled in using CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoominfo, Lusha)
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising or media landscape
- Comfortable with travel and working across international teams
