German-Speaking Insurance Administrator
We’re currently supporting a well-established financial services organisation in Dublin that’s looking to add a German-speaking Administrator to their growing insurance operations team.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (or with some insurance exposure) who’s looking for stability, structured training, and long-term progression within a regulated environment.
The role
You’ll be responsible for supporting insurance policy administration across the full lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and external partners. The role is detail-focused and customer-oriented, with strong training provided.
What’s on offer
- Salary: €30,000–€35,000 base + 15% performance bonus
- Training: Approx. 4 months fully office-based (structured onboarding & training)
- Working model: Hybrid after training – up to 50% work from home
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30
- Location: Blackrock, Dublin
- Annual Leave: 20 days + additional insurance benefits/discounts
- Contract: Permanent
About you
- Fluent German (written & spoken) and good English
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment
- Insurance/financial services experience is a plus but not essential
