Our client, based in Dublin 24, is currently seeking a Grade IV Clerical Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a full-time role (35 hours per week), working Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times, offering an excellent work–life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the department
- Assisting clinical and frontline staff with day-to-day administrative requirements
- Managing correspondence, documentation, filing, and data entry
- Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
- Liaising with internal teams and supporting the smooth running of services
- Carrying out general clerical and office duties as required
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2–3 years’ administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This role is available for an immediate start and is expected to last approximately six months to one year, with the potential for extension depending on service requirements.
Salary:
- €19.57 per hour
