Head of Regulatory Affairs – UK/Ireland
Location: Based in London with the opportunity to work from home.
Salary: Up to £135,000 per annum, £10,000 car allowance, 25% bonus and stock options

I’m supporting one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies to hire a Head of Regulatory Affairs specialising in UK/Ireland markets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a group of highly skilled professionals to ensure the portfolio of complex products is optimally developed, authorised & marketed. A key aspect of this position will the managing the changes with new Brexit regulations, prior experience in this area is essential.
Other responsibilities include;
· Compiling and delivering regulatory strategies to ensure successful approval for developing and licensed product in the UK/Ireland
· Monitoring and analysing legislating and guidance changes.
· Acting at the point of contact for the MHRA
· Working closely with the Senior leadership team & supporting growth strategies.
· Managing budgets and resources
Requirements
· Strong leadership and project management skills
· Extensive experience working in Regulatory Affairs and managing Brexit changes
· Strategically minded and competent working in a face-pace and dynamic environment
· Life Sciences Degree/Master/PhD in a scientific field
· Ability to negotiate and implement regulatory strategies
