About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Assistant to support research activities within the healthcare sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in market research, administration or research.
No previous experience or formal qualifications are required — this role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, remote work that can be completed around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research related to healthcare organisations, services, and trends
- Collect, organise, and update data using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Support surveys, questionnaires, and data-gathering activities
- Accurately record and review information from multiple sources
- Assist with basic reporting and insights for internal stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and handle data responsibly
Requirements
- No prior experience or qualifications required.
- Access to your own phone and/or computer with a reliable internet connection.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using basic technology (email, internet search, spreadsheets)
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in healthcare or research is an advantage, but not essential
