Job Overview
Develop a deep understanding of our client’s products and technology. Assist in the successful delivery of business and technology projects in working with outsourced relevant stakeholders throughout the business. The successful applicant will apply critical thinking skills objectively, considering multiple angles to decision making and problem solving. They will play a key role in the development of business requirements and solutions – and in the support of testing, organization readiness and delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Understand the business, products and technology.
- Develop knowledge of IT
- Execute analysis, testing and deployment planning.
- Work with Technical teams to confirm System and Testing requirements - recognize any technical gaps.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and review existing ones to produce detailed business and technical requirement specification documents.
- Assist with facilitating workshops in productive conversations to accurately identify risks, dependencies issues, resulting impact and resolution plans.
- Collaborate with cross-business stakeholders and functional partners to define, drive and implement the company’s strategy requirements.
- Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Break down complex problems and propose solutions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Relevant experience
- Experience as Business Analyst with a knowledge of technical requirements.
- Technical experience and background.
- Experience of working in a cloud environment an advantage.
- Knowledge of Payments, File flows, Mapping & Specifications (an advantage).
- Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment.
