Mortgage Analyst/Operations Analyst
Our client a leading Investment and Financial services company, are hiring Mortgage Analysts to join their Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team.
Hybrid arrangement in place, 2/3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Offices are based in Dublin 2.
This is an initial 3-6 month contract with a likelihood of extension or permanency depending on performance in role.
The role duties:
· Ensuring and accurately checking all documentation
· Daily Report monitoring
- Opening accounts, accurate checks carried out
- Bank statement checks and administration
- Preparation of letters
· Checking mortgage applications precisely and accurately with great attention to detail
· Adherence to all banking regulations
· Communicating with mortgage customers to ensure application success
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Experience in any Mortgage administration based admin role/customer service role within Financial Services
- APA Qualification, essential
- Drives Continuous Improvement
- Excellent attention to detail
