Cpl are delighted to partner with a highly esteemed Cork based Construction company to recruit an Office Receptionist on a temporary basis to join their Team.
· Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am -5.30pm
· On Site Parking
The role includes the following duties:
- Greeting Clients
- Answering switchboard
- Various mailbox management & Post distribution
- Management and scheduling of meeting rooms
- Managing our post out log
- Catering when required
- Daily management of canteen supplies
- Other ad hoc tasks and support to Office Admin Personnel
Required
· Manage daily phone calls and enquiries to the Company, distributing the information to the correct department and person in a timely manner
· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Have strong IT skills
· Be highly organised and manage their time effectively
· Be willing to adapt and take on new challenges and be flexible to the business requirements
