My Client is looking for an experienced Receptionist. The nature of the role means you will not only be the first person to meet anyone through the door but will also have a part to play in ad-hoc projects within the company. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team in the head office.
Responsibilities
The Role
- Meet and Greet external and internal clients in a professional manner at all times
- Organise, prioritise and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines
- Operating Busy Switchboard
- Taking all calls and forward to the correct department through phone or email
- Providing an excellent support service to all departments at all times
- Customer Queries to be managed professionally and efficiently
- Managing incoming calls from our 75 stores
- On-line queries, product queries, customer queries
- Wholesale Queries, Product Queries, Prices Stock, Checking in stores
- Talking our customers through our Wholesale Website
- Liaise with different departments in particular HR, Accounts and Finance
Experience Required
Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- High energy individual, with a passion to learn and contribute
- High attention to detail
- Strong team work skills, work effectively with all personalities in all departments
- Organised with the ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
- Calm under pressure
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong communication, oral and written and presentation skills
