Onboarding Specialist – Italian or French Speaker

A global e-commerce organization is redefining commerce through real-time, interactive shopping experiences and is looking for Italian or French speaking Onboarding Specialists to join its growing team in Dublin 15. In this role, you will own the post-acquisition seller journey, ensuring sellers are fully prepared, enabled, and accountable to launch and sustain high-quality live commerce experiences.
What you will do
- Own seller onboarding from approval through launch readiness, validating account setup, policies, limits, tooling access, and overall preparedness.
- Drive sellers through defined onboarding and activation milestones, ensuring timely completion of required steps and holding them accountable to launch and activation commitments.
- Execute onboarding and activation workflows with precision using internal tools (including master trackers and CRM), maintaining accurate documentation, notes, and status tracking throughout the lifecycle.
- Deliver structured onboarding and education sessions that equip sellers with the knowledge, best practices, and confidence to successfully operate and grow in a live commerce environment.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Category Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless transitions, clear ownership, and a consistent seller experience.
What you bring
- Fluent Italian or French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 1-2 years of sales, account management, onboarding, or similar commercial experience.
- Proven ability to execute complex onboarding processes with consistency, accuracy, and speed in a high-volume environment.
- Experience managing workflows, tooling, and cross-functional dependencies, ideally using CRM and onboarding tools.
- High attention to detail across seller reviews, documentation, tooling updates, and readiness checks to prevent downstream issues.
- Ability to drive sellers to action through clear expectations, milestone tracking, and disciplined follow-up.
- A passion for teaching and enabling others, translating operational requirements into clear, actionable guidance that supports long-term success.
