The Onboarding Specialist owns the post-acquisition seller journey, ensuring sellers are operationally ready, enabled, and accountable to launch and sustain high-quality live commerce experiences.
What You Will Do
- Own seller onboarding from approval through launch readiness by validating account setup, policies, limits, tooling access
- Drive sellers through defined onboarding and activation milestones, ensuring timely completion of required steps and holding sellers accountable to launch and activation commitments
- Execute onboarding and activation workflows with precision using internal tools (master trackers), maintaining accurate documentation, notes, and status tracking throughout the lifecycle
What You Bring
- Fluent in Italian
- 1-2 years of sell experience.
- Experience managing workflows, tooling, and cross-functional dependencies
- Proven ability to execute complex onboarding processes with consistency, accuracy, and speed in a high-volume environment
- Comfort operating within structured systems and workflows, including CRM and onboarding tools, with a focus on data integrity and process adherence
